Warner Bros. Games is an American video game development and publishing company that is a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment. The company has published numerous video games based on both licensed properties as well as original content. Video games that the company has published include Batman: Arkham, F.E.A.R., Game Party, Mortal Kombat, etc. My mission was to create some of the slickest content that viewers will have seen for the release of the new video game Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath.
For the first video, I had to hook the viewer right from the first frame and keep them interested to the end. After watching the original assets, and with my storytelling skills, I had to remix the existing static graphics to make a NEW video, with a significant impact that is interesting right from the off.
For the second video, I had to front-load the action and get the explosions, running, jumping, and fast-paced movement right at the start. It is about opening with a BANG and getting all the viewers hooked to the game!
For the third video, I had to think of it as a sneak-peek to the new game, a story-type video—so less graphic and more narrative. It is explosive, exciting, and leaves the viewer thinking, WOW, I HAVE to play that show!.
